MAZEEJ TRADING L.L.C delivers to all locations within the United Arab Emirates, including:

- Dubai - Abu Dhabi - Sharjah - Ajman - Ras Al Khaimah - Fujairah - Umm Al Quwain

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a delivery address within the UAE.

Standard delivery across the UAE takes 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the following Sunday.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Once you place an order, you will receive:

1. An order confirmation email with your Order Number 2. A shipping notification when your order is dispatched 3. Delivery updates via email or SMS

Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout, as all communications will be sent to the email and phone number provided.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order size. The exact delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value. Any applicable promotions will be shown at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order during business hours (9am-6pm).

Upon delivery: - Inspect the package for any visible damage - Verify the contents match your order - Sign the delivery receipt

If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please note them on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

If delivery cannot be completed due to: - No one available to receive the order - Incorrect address provided - Access issues at the delivery location

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to reschedule. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

For bulk or wholesale orders, delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability and order size.
